These are my efforts to reconcile who I am and where I come from. In honour of National Coming Out Day, I am presenting my own story of coming to terms with being gay in the context of being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. What follows is a journal entry I wrote elsewhere in February, when I finally made the jump and came out of the closet.
